When booking with AZ Auto Detailing, whether online or via phone, it is crucial to familiarize yourself with and accept the terms and conditions associated with the appointment. AZ Auto Detailing offers three distinct wash options tailored for four different sizes. Please note that prices and the contents of wash packages are subject to change at the discretion of AZ Auto Detailing, and any such modifications will be duly reflected on AZAutoDetailing.com.

Payment Terms and Conditions: Completing Your Booking

Payment for bookings will be processed immediately. AZ Auto Detailing accepts cash, debit cards, and credit cards as valid forms of payment. In the event of a declined card transaction, AZ Auto Detailing will kindly request the customer to promptly resolve the payment issue. If a customer's credit card is declined, AZ Auto Detailing will contact the customer.

Booking Terms and Conditions: Ensuring a Smooth Experience

Prior to any type of detailing service, customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, cash, and other valuable items from their vehicles. AZ Auto Detailing cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, including the serviced vehicle, its contents, or the service location. It is essential to ensure that your vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area. If you have any concerns, please communicate them to your car detailing specialist. Please be aware that all vehicle cleaning is conducted at the customer's own risk, and any claims for damages resulting from cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. To secure a booking, we reserve the right to request debit or credit card details, which will be processed by housecallpro.com. AZ Auto Detailing also reserves the right to adjust or reschedule a booking based on staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure. For any work exceeding the agreed-upon boundaries of the booking, AZ Auto Detailing will offer a package to best fit. Moreover, a minimum 350 dollar surcharge will apply to all jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

Late Cancellation and Rescheduling: Adhering to Appointments

Appointments may be rescheduled oup to 48 hours before the scheduled date.

Satisfaction Policy: Ensuring Quality Service

In the event that there is a clear indication that the service technician did not fulfill the ordered package or evidence of poor craftsmanship, AZ Auto Detailing will, at its expense, redo the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Please provide pictures of the area in question, which should be texted or emailed to (info@AZAutoDetailing.com) within 24 hours of filing the claim.

Appointment Time: Allow for Flexibility
